Specialised Gravity Roller Systems

Multidirectional Rollers – These are rollers with
four smaller rollers around the perimeter. The function is to allow product to move on two (2) axes. They are used in handling of any flat product, e.g. window glass.

PVC Roller System – The Okartek 50mm PVC roller system is a versatile product for producing gravity conveyor rollers. It consists of a 50mm diameter PVC tube supplied in 3m lengths, cut to the desired length and fitted with a Polyamide head piece. The bearings pins are then fitted to the conveyor frame. These locate into the blind female hole in the head piece. The result is a 50mm diameter gravity roller which is waterproof and therefore suitable for food operations. The assembly is fast requiring few tools.
