Polyguard (P300 HDPE) machine guards are highly visible and can be custom fabricated to fit a broad range of industrial equipment and moving parts, protecting operators from dangerous hazards. Polyguard (P300 HDPE) is seven times lighter than steel and will not corrode or rust. Made from Yellow, P300 HDPE, Polyguard machine guards are tough, impact resistant and exhibit good sound dampening properties. Polyguard chemically inert and can be cleaned with ease, retaining its safety yellow colour.
Polyguard (P300 HDPE) can be fabricated to construct “Safety Yellow” machine guards for a wide range of applications including power transmission covers for the mining, quarrying, materials handling, chemical handling, food and beverage industries.

Once a frame module is constructed, Safeguard PC panels are fitted to the frame and clamped into position with durable clamps. Safeguard PC is the strongest and safest "see through" medium available. It has a shock load resistance 250 times that of glass and more than 40 times that of acrylic clear sheet. It is the perfect material for industry safety shield applications. Safeguard PC can be fabricated to function as a customised see-through machine guard.
The tough, but lightweight, Safeguard PC is easy to handle and suitable for use in machine surrounds and as protective panels in applications traditionally served by similar material. In addition to outstanding strength and impact resistance, transparent Safeguard PC panels enhance safety and save time by keeping functioning machinery in full view. Where Safeguard PC is installed, the chances of accidents from contact with machinery moving parts are dramatically reduced.
